This is more of a non-event since it was expected that they'd get the permit in Tunisia.
However, the words 'exceeding one billion barrels' is the first time i've heard of it being put. $CHING$!
Next step is exploration and appraisal. If that's a go-er and there are JVs who buys into the vision, it's not unlikely this will rocket above $2.00 next yr.
