It looks like they are saying that ART621 has progressed well enough to move onto the arthritis trial. This is very good news although the market does not seem to care. What they are doing with the Psoriasis trial is actaully trialing it on patients that have both Psoriasis and Arthritis so by now they would have an indication that it works on Arthritis as well.

I think they should have been more direct is stating this.

Anyway when they get around on their road show the market might start to take a bit of notice. Save it for the overseas investors.
