Another very disappointing decision by management (if that's the right description for them). Not sure how many extra excuses people on this board can make up for them, but they certainly don't seem to have had their loyal shareholders' interests at heart.

Only good thing is Woodside's involvement - at least some profesionalism in the joint venture.

BTW, (re the nearly 1 m shares sold late - and other recent share price action), who would have known about the placement yesterday? Hardman insiders, Macquarie, and other placement brokers? Is this something the ASX should investigate?
