re: hdr / roc Yes, very suspect trading yesterday prompting fears of a placement. Will be very disappointed along with most holders. A rights issue would be fine as shareholders will have the opportunity to pick up a few more shares at cheap price. Downfall is short term selling from those wanting a quick buck or for funds to pay for the entitlement shares.
I've been expecting a move on HDR before this years drilling campaign as the more reserves discovered the higher the price. When your talking 100% success rate in the Miocene sands, predators would want to act sooner rather than later.
At this stage I wouldn't want to sell HDR at $5 so happy with an offer to kick HDR along but wouldn't want it approved.
I'm all for the build shareholder wealth over time thing and I am sure we will all be well rewarded.
Hopefully yesterdays late sell off was more to do with T+3 trading rather than a placement.
