Curious Ron - What's your thoughts on how continuous disclosure work with an incomplete acquisition (awaiting reg approval) of PFS.
Does EML currently have continuous disclosure obligations re new PFS contracts? If so, I guess this has been deemed non-matetial.
Though, it is still must be a decent size contract when you think card payments will relate to visa and immigration services in the UK.
