BTA mgmt had at least a year to get thing ready for a Nasdaq listing.
can you even believe what we saw this morning.
A lousy share price with little interest and pathetic volume.
What have BTA been doing in the lead up to this listing.
No CEO. No operation US website. No US contact details. No announcements Good knows what else.
They actually had over two years since Jim Fox announced that we were underpriced and may move to the USA. That was at over $1.00 and before we secured the BARDA contract.
You can't sugar coat any of this. You tell me. Have they worked in the share holders best interest to create shareholder wealth.
If only we had listed on the Nasdaq by ourselves. payed the 20 million PC said it costs. How much capital has been wiped from BTA. Destroyed.
ApAnd now it doesn't even look like they have done the ground work before they arrive in the USA
Truely appalling and such a disappointment. You put your trust in them and they bury you.
