My understanding was (is) that Peter Cook will be retiring - and not therefore seeking re-election. This was part of the merger arrangement and many of us (small retail) shareholders originally welcomed the proposal because it was getting Peter out of the door.

I cannot see that this decision will be reversed.

Damian Lismore also was not going forward with the new merged company.

Of interest (to me) is that I note Damian's email address (at biota) is no longer an active email site... so am intrigued to hear whether something has already happened there? (Or maybe he's just got a new BOTA email address)?
