While PPP gets underway cleaning up the books and checking shareholding records there appears to be some other preparations going on over in the NZOG camp.

Over the last couple of days or so there has been a bit of a build up in the share price of NZOG on the NZX. In fact it has reached a recent high of around NZ$1.32. Quite a high volume of shares traded with over 3 million going through today.

Comment by dolor on the NZO HC page is that this appears to be a deliberate build up in the sp of NZOG so that when the details of the "takeover/ merger" come out then obviously the higher the current sp for NZOG means that less has to be offered for PPP
