The following is an extract from FMS's Communications Policy. Given how easy it is to record meetings these days with any smart phone, it is very practicable and we should therefore ensure that FMS record the EGM and make the recording publicly available.
"The Company will, where practicable, at significant investor relations events, webcast orrecord proceedings so that analysts and Shareholders who cannot attend in person, canaccess the information discussed. Where practicable to do so, the Company will alsosimultaneously release a link to a recording of such webcasts to the ASX CompanyAnnouncements Platform or include in an announcement where it can be found on thewebsite."
Failure to follow their Communications Policy would show very poor Corporate Governance by FMS as it is their own rule book they would be electing to ignore.
