Prepare for announcement

3 hours before market open:
C'mon dont exaggerate. Get another hour of sleep.

2 hours before market open:
Get up. Take a real hot shower, shave (man only) and dress really business-like, as if You were the CFO.

90 minute:
Make yourself a wonderful breakfast. Fruit, cereal, maybe bacon and eggs, beans in tomato sauce, sausage and of course lots of strong coffee. Don't forget your prescription pills.

45 minute:
Go outside for a walk Don't forget to take the dog if you have one. Don't overdue it, you do not want these clothes to get sweaty!

15 minute:
Now you can sit down with your laptop and await your future....
