Who is running the show SP3? Shareholders sanctioned it?
La Jolla funding can't be placed in a positive light IMO... yes we have funding but crazy dilution and a stop on any sp increases in the near term. Last time the con note kept a good lid on momentum when we had some good announcements. We just have to ride it out unjfortunately and wait till some serious investors come on board.
