Everready, the options on sale currently at around 1c will be making money if the share price reaches 81c (unfortunately not the story for the majority of holders I know), so there will be a bit of cash in it for the company at least if we get over the line, with an exponential rise if we get to 90c.
Remember the conversions add capital to the company so they can drill and (hopefully) add value to the company too!
