Conditions appear very quiet in the REIT area now.
There has only been TWO transactyions of $20M or more in Syd in the past 18 months.........
So there is no FIRESALE
The banks will force small REITS OUT
Everybody is waiting for that.
Meanwhile cashed up Asian investors are active in aust........
