    Hi andres,
    Yes agree manipulation of SP is obvious, as the rise did not come from Ann's and some pretty huge off mkt trades in last month and obvious expires MOYOB close so sp up similar to JKA a few weeks back . My gut also says convert, still thinking about it have to act quick as post closes in hour I am in east coast
