I think that there were talking only about the FRACU part of the military back then which is worth $10m pa - so yeah not a large component and could be dwarfed by sales in other areas, --- however applying FR to all military uniforms only came along recently and imo at $40m pa that is the deal we need to win.
That alone would make us profitable and also give us huge acknowledgement in the FR sector and no doubt led to other sales commercially.
