We are so overdue for this re rate it’s ridiculous. I’m sure with all the news flow due with a heating up HPA market and a balance sheet as sexy as FYI, we should have a very strong trend upwards in the coming weeks and months. Alcoa involved now supercharging decisions and having the power to talk to a wider range of big name companies we should be easily 50 cents by Xmas.
I will say this one more time, Roly says we should be 40 cents a share now and that was 3 months ago. Let’s see what next week brings!
