    Don't you know WDC have many problems in USA malls.

    e.g.

    Westfield 's Sacramento downtown mall only has 58% occupancy rate.

    Also, Sony terminated the contract in June 2009 with Westfield San Francisco which Westfield bought in 1999.

    Westfield has many troubles in USA.

    DON'T dream about more dividend until 2012!!!
