Yep,Civil unrest that,s what they would need to be concentrating on when they are fighting world war 3.
Nothing like starting another civil war in your own country to pass a bit of time.Even better having half the population against what you stand for and what you are doing to them. Hmm maybe only hlf a million or a million people might get their nose out of joint,easy fix for Gov there I guess lock them up or shoot them.I wounder what the other 299 million Americans would think of that.(not sure of USA exact population.)
