Shoot!! This has been going forever I suppose 2025 is around the corner. AVR is still alive and kicking and we should all make bank one day. Buyout, go it alone, partnership they all look possible. As time goes on my personal confidence is growing. Cash out (or partial) on the horizon. Hopefully prior to 2030! Good luck everyone.
