    this prequalification round refers to 10 blocks most of which are offshore. However a google search will reveal several article from August (one of which I posted last night) that make reference to CVI and Nexoil applying jointly for blocks from a group of 31 onshore blocks in the Kwanza basin. This is a totally seperate round I think. Does anyone know anything about these said 31 blocks ??
