the best way forward, imo, is to return the land and minerals to the landowners and then and only then, let them decide whom they want to mine the deposit as their partner by way of tender. In such circumstances BCL would have a genuine advantage, At least the decision would be by the landowners. Until the Me'ekamui are included in the current discussions any deal is pyric. The entire process could be completed in 6 months.
