This looks very much like how the tech play R-Hype was restructured, and look how well that is going.
Reading in between the lines the company expects at the least a 20c post consolidation share price on re-listing. That is at least 20% higher from today's closing price 0f 0.8c
I tip my hat to you Dr Crombie, you certainly know what you are doing.
A re-rating to 1c+ over the coming weeks is a given now imo.
