I am not disagreeing with you, and indeed the last ann. does tend to confirm what you are saying, hence my qualification of my last comment.
My comments were based on page 22 of the June 22 presentation.
This shows 4 seismic horizons, A,B,C,and D which I took to be targets.
A and B are clearly above 13000 ' (3939 M), and C may also be.
Only D is clearly below.
I guess that one logical explanation is that a seismic horizons is not a target. If so then a bit of an explanation would have been useful in the presentation.
