Moly, how much of the company you "give away" is a function of what you are getting. Would it be a reasonable assumption that Management has assessed there is a fair possibility that what they have to give away is potentially a lot less than the value the company is picking up though this deal, subject to the due diligence they are yet to perform, as per the stated option agreement. Do you think that might just be a possibility?
