If LYC now has 50 million as you claim and its yet to be cash flow neutral let alone positive explain how it wont run out of money?? There is nothing set in stone that Lynas will be cash flow positive, it could be but there is nothing I have seen that will 100% sell the house, borrow everything and put it on LYC as its a guaranteed winner!!!
However the above had nothing to do with my post, that was just a reply to your rubbish.
This whole thread is a joke as the value of the land will have no effect on LYC in the immediate future and that is whats important to lyc. The next 6 months to 5 years. Why 6 months because if they arent cashflow positive by then we will be back here doing another CR.
