Well I feel it should be understood that this management INHERITED the L&M problem and steered the company to it's present position in a toxic industry and at a critical time for a lot of businesses. The Supreme Court decision is not rubber stamped at this time. Anyway by August this year the critical legal business should be resolved either way.
