Be interesting to see the SP should they win........should double.
There chances of raising some debt to pay back part of the court loss has risen based on the price of coking coal being stronger.
Not a dead duck yet but certainly has been hit with quite a few pellets and the shotgun is loaded just awaiting the courts to pull the trigger and put it out of it's misery
