And I think xman is on the right track. They also pedaled the "Yes" we are mining the escarpment asset but we can pay extra royalties until we pay the 40 mill BS
They put together the financing package to secure the Solid assets that left the company beholding to its minority partner and secured little accretive strategic support from the other secretive financial backers. this has left us in no mans land in the present if we need $60 or $70m
All in all Richard and the board have proved themselves great mine managers, but on the strategic asset management scales the "Jury" is out. And by out, I mean they have left the building. I think they are on an Arctic research station somewhere or maybe the space station
