still not over for the company.........court decision pending........ even after 2 losses in court already there is a chance it can get over turned by the supreme court decision......remember the court rulings to date have favoured L& M on every point however it will only take one of several points to be over turned and BRL will win.
Issue is will BRL survive financially if they lose..........probably not but if they do the dilution will be massive.
The whole story including things like buy backs after the first court loss has the word incompetence coming to mind
