If the announcement or agreement was referring to another company, I am sure it would have positively affected the SP. Unfortunately Cellmid has a reputation of not delivering on the many revenue generating initiatives. They either fail to materialize completely or end up as loss making projects where costs far exceed generated revenues. The later are not enough to even cover salaries and administrative costs in some occasions. Investors therefore find Cellmid as a risky investment and have therefore adopted a "seeing is believing" attitude. In other words, show me the profit or actual cash flow or even projected cash flow, then I will consider investing. Agreements alone and motherhood statements are not sufficient to convince them. Investors want to see consistent profit before they decide to commit money. Till such time, I am afraid, the SP will remain very suppressed.
