    OK, I think I know why now.

    Translucent released a White Paper some time ago - it firstly discussed the cREO process which is what IQE all excited about.

    The paper then went on to discuss their SSE system for production of 150mm and 200mm templates using this process. I have not heard IQE mention the SSE system.

    I don't have time to read now - but from my skim just then I didn't notice any mention of a limit of the application of the cREO process.
