questions:

1.how many applications do they have pending and what metals/minerals are these for - Copper, Gold, Lead, Zinc etc. I would be interested to know the area in sq kms of IRL'prospective tenements.

2.How will they seek to exploit the benefits of the National Minerals Policy.

3.What strategies do they have in place to drive shareholder growth?

4. Why Can't IRL survive fruitfully on its own? MK stated that IRL could be a succesfull company on its own in an article last year...why does TTY have to takeover a company that could just as well do it themselves in a country where they are gradually gaining momentum and success?
-Let Eoin or the directors/executives give us some reasons/benefits of why TTY should takeover, will this hinder SPpotential stellar growth is prematurely taken over.

5.Would any TTY offer be strongly challenged by IRL directors etc. if the SP offer was undervaluing the company?
