What’s so exciting here, is that the new Technology works on all 60 cancer cell lines. The good Professors stated that most companies are excited if they hit a few targets .
Then he goes on to say that he is excited at the prospect of doing a combo therapy with a checkpoint inhibitor.
As we all know, Checkpoints are very valuable IP. However because IMU’s B Cell immunotherapy gets around the IP protection that T Cell companies rely on. Any checkpoint is a target for IMU.
Basically IMU has now locked down the 2 cutting edge technologies that will open the future of cancer therapies.
An amazing achievement for such a small company. The Chairman,board and CEO have done an outstanding job. Professor FONG just decided to chance his go at fame and fortune , by joining IMU.
