Current: 400 advisors, 100m sales, <5% operating profit (EBITDA I think it was)
For 21/22 year:
600 advisors, $160m sales, 6% operating profit
For 23/24 year
1200 advisors, $400m sales, 8% operating profit.
6 x current profit in 23/24 would look like success to me too! Note, it wasnt a forecast, just what he thinks would be a successful achievement.
