I would like to contribute to the promotion of FBR and getting orders not in dollars but in action. There is a real opportunity for someone to buy a large bunch of shares and then approve 20 or so developments, maybe creating a lockup stage houses market to allow for affordable home ownership. They would then generate a return on the increased share price whilst beating other house sellers on price. Not sure how to avoid insider trading laws on this. Maybe we could talk to the treasurer and get an allowance for this to happen i.e. a shareholder vote to allow insider trading by a developer, this would be a big incentive and long term pro competitive.
