Interesting their possible reasons for the poor sp performance.
Even they acknowledge that the stigma of ARW may still be felt. Even if some here completely dismiss the idea and they have written it down to 0. The market still doesn't like the association. Management trying hard to distance themselves. Debt and no dividend policy. Regularly reviewed? Good to see their concern and trying to address the problem between value and sp. Just a waiting game I suppose.
