    Management haven't "distanced" themselves.. unless I'm confused the directors are still on both boards.

    Whats the bet ARW will eventually drift off to nothing or to someone else... and AMU shareholders will get nothing from the debacle thats was/is ARW. For all the cash AMU has thrown at ARW it has nothing to show for it.

    Is it throwing more by way of the rights issue?
    That will be the final nail if it does.
