1)Where did you write that Mark was expecting to double or triple his money?
Is this something you forgot to mention?

2) Buying with inside knowledge, knowing what sharks are nipping at bait, is all well and good when you are part of the inner circle and privy to the communications, (aka snr mgt).
Not much help to the rest of us.

- Do i want to hear about mgt buying or selling with enhanced knowledge, knowing the rest of us are treated like mushrooms?
- Do i feel that their shares purchases on market with their own cash may impact their judgement for the current deal?

You also say the Chinese had initiated interest back then and you're probably right.

If you are re-iterating the fact that most directors are always on the lookout to have their snout in the trough, then well done. Fact re-iterated.
