Strip those costs out and you will find that cost numbers are not that much off the markgiven actual prod profile. If they had achieved those numbers gold one would be 80 cents not mid 40s

I much prefer an optimistic CEO negotiating with a potential acquirer as he would be more likely to negotiate a better price
