....and realise that SI is telling the market that 3D (which is NOT developed yet, regardless of the HC facts) will be needed for adult GVHD volume, and the FDA only looked at 2D when they visited Singapore.

Then ask yourself, where is 3D given that SHs have participated in multiple CRs to pay for 3D and how long and how much more will it cost?
