The reasons given in that video for all the clean disruption was cheaper batteries, cheaper solar, cheaper computer systems. You can only reach a certain cheapness in batteries if the components are constantly getting cheaper.
To me that means that the price of lithium must go down over time to allow the cheaper batteries, likewise for graphite etc. We already know that CXB has a disruptive technology for making lithium micas into Li02. Other processes may come along to make lithium cheaper still.
So what does it all mean? Get the hard rock lithium for sale as quickly as possible!! Dilly-dalling in this field is what will send you broke as other technologies overtake you, therefore with Pilgangoora we cannot have the type of delays we've had with TT.
It also means we need to join with the new technologies like CXBs as quickly as they come along, and tie up as many tenements that have potential lithium deposits ASAP!!
Disruptive technologies are just that, and hopefully no-one comes along with a cheaper Aluminium air battery or something like that with 10X the lasting of LiFePo4 and 1/4 the cost!!
The overall message is that in this field, move FAST!!!
