Whilst I could also claim to be an 'IPO investor', I've already done a small top up at 30c and more than doubled my shares for less $ than the IPO spend.
With such small initial investments, we are both effectively free to take advantage of the current SP discount, if only we had enough funds to do it with (would you call it 'balls shallow', to take Deca's analogy?!).
