My question (well, it's been a niggle for some time) is your interpolation of what information has been provided from PD1. We know that it was 'shut down', but what information did it yield prior to being shut down.

It seems strange to me that if there was data that was produced then would not Neon be obliged to inform the market given that this is price sensitive?

what market mechanism might they use to avoid the need to relay information that is price sensitive?
