I had a thought... i think what worries me the most about getting back in at lower levels is not dilution/mangement etc issues, it's what happens next time...

This is their first ever spill and they apparently had a fair bit of goodwill with the government previously. When they eventually get back into production it wont be the same as the first time round, sentiment wise. What happens if there's another spill in 6, 12 or 18mths? They might never recover from that. Too much risk now imho
