Yes,tadalafil was planned to be a hypertension drug, nobody could understand still some 30 years ago that gastric ulcer is a bacterial disease, etc. Now I do predict that evening toothpaste will contain in a few years melatonin (Vaseenon et al, 2021 ) because it takes care of periodontal tissue. In the morning toothpaste, there needs to be something else of course.
