Noting that this company is chasing capital I think that what you're reading is the rose coloured glasses edition. Rio Tinto have operations in Laborador and it appears that they have built a lot of infrastructure to support their PELLET plant over a 50 year period. Now the big question is can and how does Petmin access this infrastructure? Looking at the below link it appears that Rio are expanding operations so access to the 418km company owned and operated railway which is required to transport the pellets to a deep sea port in Quebec may not be possible.
