George was pretty positive about the Gabon Govt looking to transport their ore from Belinga via SDL's rail. He made the comment that if worse came to worse SDL couuld cover their infrastructure costs through other users. He said announcements on scussesful bidders would be made by end of June, there would be conditions precedent in the contracts that would take 6 months to sort and construction would start in 2015.

Also said that the key issue is how much equity SDL has to give up as part of the deal. He referenced his extensive experience as a banker and that he thought he could negotiate a good deal for SDL.

Finally he made the comment that in time SDL would become a major resource house due to the economics of this project.
