I am of the opposite opinion
Firstly...it is important to be openminded about our staff and operation.
Not everyone is good at public speaking. Look deeper into what is going on. We do not have a marketing manager, its Ashley, and for good or bad I like it...its honest, up front and from the horses mouth.
Best when watching is to look for the message , confidence, and delivered intent and sincerity....
Not to mention ECT appearing in multiple interviews this year.
Generally engineers are not public speakers.... thank god....they engineer stuff......a good public speaker i would trust.
Simple stuff.... real people, i think with real intentions
