re: 2h bugger I do not resile from anything I said about GSK. They have deliberately held back production (pre April 30th) to pressure BTA in the court case ie by withholding resources. I still hold a lot of BTA, payoff will be next year when they can bypass GSK through the relationship with Sankyo via LANI. I would remove the license for Relenza from GSK. Remember that Roche is making about 300 times more drug than GSK but GSK are at 'flat out' capacity. Utter garbage. They could produce and sell masses of product but have so far refused to do so because of the massive court case settlement at risk. Post April 30th I expect production figures (that can't immediately help BTA) will have been increased at least ten-fold but the case will be over before BTA receives the next royalties/information. Hopefully the Victorian Supreme Court contains a few people with basic numeracy skills able to read as well.
