re: 2h bugger Yes, I believe the license for Intevia can only be of value to the group wanting to develop the technology or at least to be closely involved in supporting the development. To that end, it is more likely that Platinum will have negotiated a new arrangement with TZ in which TZ leads the development that is supported by the Platinum group or facilitated by the group. The Platinum statement makes it clear that a relationship is in the mix but I believe that TZ remains firmly in the driving seat. They will have what they want and need to push the development and as such I remain entirely sanguine about the current state of play. If anything it is likely to be better than I had hoped prior to the TFS sale as it was then the case that unwanted divisions would have to be divested. Now it should be unfettered development. Where is the announcement? It can't be long.
